The hardware (POS, printers and cash drawer) can be loaned to you for as long as you're a customer, you can buy it or you can use what you already have. It's agreed with the quote, not afterwards.

About the price
Why isn't the price on the website?
Because it depends on how many till points you have and which parts you're going to use. We'd rather give you a fixed price for your venue than a "from" figure that doesn't hold up later.
How long does it take you to give me a price?
The same day. All we need to know is what kind of venue it is, how many till points you need and whether you want the hardware.
Is there a set-up fee?
Yes, there's a set-up fee that covers installation, building your menu and training the team. It's separate from the monthly fee and it's stated clearly before you sign anything.
What if I only want the digital menu?
You can. Not everyone needs the whole system from day one.
What happens if I stop using it?
You take your data with you, exported, and if the hardware was on loan, it goes back. No hidden penalties: whatever has been signed is in the contract and you read it beforehand.
