What data we process and why

  • Enquiries, demo and quote requests (name, telephone, business, town, message): to deal with your request, get in touch with you and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and consent given by ticking the box.
  • Communications by WhatsApp, telephone or email: to manage the relationship and provide support. Legal basis: performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures.
  • Browsing: the minimum technical data needed for the site to work and to measure its use in aggregate form. See our cookie policy.

The forms on this site do not send data to our servers: they put together a message that you send yourself by WhatsApp or email from your own device. The data then reaches us through that channel.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while they are being dealt with and, at most, for one year if they do not lead to a contract. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the statutory limitation periods.

Recipients

We do not pass data on to third parties unless legally required to. We use suppliers acting as data processors: web hosting (Vercel Inc., with international transfer safeguards), messaging (Meta Platforms Ireland for WhatsApp), email, and, for customers, those listed in the data processing agreement (hosting in the EU, Supabase, AI providers under standard contractual clauses, Metricool, Google).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@ingenialitics.com, enclosing a copy of your identity document. If you believe we have not dealt with your rights properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.
